By using Ez Rez, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The Service

Ez Rez is a reservation tracking tool that monitors when restaurants release new reservations and sends you notifications. We do not make reservations on your behalf. We link you to third-party platforms (Resy, OpenTable, etc.) where you complete your own booking.

No Guarantee — Times Are Estimates

All reservation drop times, advance booking windows, and scheduling information displayed in Ez Rez are estimates only. Restaurants frequently change their reservation policies, drop schedules, advance booking windows, and platform configurations without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, but we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any drop time, notification, or scheduling data shown in the app.

You acknowledge that:

• Drop times and advance days shown are approximations based on the best information available to us at the time.
• Restaurants may change their reservation release schedules, platforms, or policies at any time without notifying us.
• Notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, or fail to deliver due to factors outside our control (device settings, network conditions, restaurant changes).
• We are not responsible for any missed reservations, incorrect information, or reliance on the timing data we provide.

If you notice a drop time or restaurant detail that appears incorrect, please let us know using the Give Feedback button in the app's Settings tab so we can investigate and update our records.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the app for any automated booking, scraping, or bot activity.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to harass, spam, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

Ez Rez, its logo, design, and content are owned by Jonah Kazam. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. All rights reserved.

Third-Party Platforms

Ez Rez links to third-party reservation platforms. We are not affiliated with Resy, OpenTable, DoorDash, Tock, SevenRooms, or any restaurant. Their terms and policies apply when you use their services.

Limitation of Liability

Ez Rez is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reservations, incorrect information, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
